1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LS3 Report platform — whether through the website or any associated application — and by registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

2. Account Registration

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the LS3 Report platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You must keep this information up to date — if your details change, update them in your account settings or notify support promptly.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register. LS3 Report takes underage access seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.

LS3 Report will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

LS3 Report reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3. Identity Verification

LS3 Report may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a promotional bonus is claimed, or as part of a routine account review. This is a standard practice across online gaming platforms and is designed to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Documents that may be requested include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. All documents submitted are treated in accordance with the LS3 Report Privacy Policy.

• All funds deposited must be from legitimate sources. LS3 Report operates a strict policy against money laundering and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times depend on your account tier. Standard accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. VIP members receive priority processing, with Diamond tier members qualifying for same-day processing on requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited — please review the specific bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• Verification: Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification if your account has not been previously verified or if the withdrawal amount exceeds a given threshold. This is a routine security measure.
• LS3 Report does not charge withdrawal fees on standard channels. Processing charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the LS3 Report platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by reputable third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and cannot be manipulated by LS3 Report or by players.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over large numbers of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP. LS3 Report makes no guarantee of any specific outcome in any game.

Each game has its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the game interface and any other documentation, the in-game rules take precedence. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LS3 Report platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances forfeited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games or the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

LS3 Report reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, breach of these Terms, or at the player's own request. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

Players wishing to close their own account for any reason — including self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes — should contact support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and, once in place, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. If you choose to self-exclude, please also remove any saved payment details from your device to reduce the chance of impulsive access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the LS3 Report platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, and game content — is owned by or licensed to LS3 Report and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission.
